Douglas smokes a lot of pot and eats a lot of Eskimo pies, and his girlfriend treats him like crap. His life isn't too great, but he's nevertheless agitated when Turnish, a hired assassin, arrives with orders to kill him. Turnish has problems of his own however; influenced by the inspirational literature of motivational speaker E. David Quinn, he is reconsidering the morality of his job and ends up befriending Douglas as he helps him get ready to die. Turnish also has kidnapped Quinn and is keeping him in the basement. This play is a dark comedy

Carnivals of Desire - June.27,2004

 A comic drama revolving around a group of ragtag carnies who earn a precarious living picking pockets, rigging games, and shortchanging marks. The story begins with the troupers taunting Louisa, the carnival's eldest member, for being too feeble and foul smelling to attract customers. Knowing she is the target of their enmity and fearful for her life, Louisa employs her powers as a fortune teller and healer to conjure her salvation: her own youth.

Chorzel's Demons - July.18,2004

The story of a writer who is quite literally wrestling with his demons.  When Paul Chorzel reluctantly agrees to adapt his first novel into a screenplay for a fast-talking Hollywood filmmaker compromises have to be made.  But because Paul cant or wont stick up for himself, demons from the depths of hell begin to pay him nightly visits, calling into question Pauls artistic integrity, his backbone, even his manhood.  Chorzels Demons is a bawdy, raucous comedy-drama about the perils(and plusses) of selling out.

"BODYCOUNT" - November.14th,2004

What if a father defended not only his son entering a competition to see who could have intercourse with as many different girls as possible, and his son referring to the girls he had intercourse with as "points," but what if the father wanted to himself enter the competition as an honorary member of his son`s gang, the Spur Posse? What if the father got it into his head to score the "points" his son had earned? In fact, what if the father saw his son`s "points" as a cure for his sexual dysfunction? What if...?

The themes of art, indivdualism, and the wishes of the "collective" majority are investigated and debated. Does the notion of the "true artist" exist? And if so, can he stay that way?

Gift of Tongues (The Morphian Ascent) - February.20,2005

Fernelle Millmore, a rebellious young linguist savant. She is hired by a research geneticist to translate the arcane speech of two patients undergoing an evolutionary metamorphosis, the shocking result of a genetic experiment gone awry. The play is told from the viewpoint of Felix Millmore, the linguist's father who believes the evolved patients (Mutagens) hold the visionary key to the future of humankind. Felix encourages his daughter to befriend the Mutagens, to fathom their facility with languages, and to discover any life enhancing revelations they have to offer. Fernelle obeys, but her subsequent attachment to the Mutagens only incites her father's jealousy and resentment, forcing him to confront his own inner turmoil. eventually, the Mutagens demand the isolation of Antartica to clone an infant of their fused selves. Fernelle agrees to accompany them, causing reactions in her father that jeopardizes their relationship and his own humanity.
